Green manufacturing Quality first

The company has always insisted on providing customers with high quality products and services, strictly controlling product quality, choosing green materials and processes, limiting the use of harmful substances, and the whole series of products meet the requirements of RoHS, REACH and other international environmental protection directives. The company has established a scientific management system in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, IECQ QC080000 and other international standards to ensure that the products are controlled throughout the process. Many products have passed UL, VDE, FI, CQC, National Grid and many other domestic and international product safety certifications.

Quality comes from design

Quality comes from design. Product development stage fully use APQP, FMEA, MSA, DOE, Poka-yoke and other tools to control the quality risk from the source.

Raw material control

Strictly control the quality of raw materials. We establish long-term cooperation and win-win partnership with suppliers and deep cooperation to achieve the optimization of quality, cost and delivery time.

Product manufacturing process monitoring

Strictly control of manufacturing process. We use SPC, PAT, SBL, SYL tools to monitor key parameters on a daily basis, eliminate process variation in time, and ensure the whole process is under control.

Reliability laboratory

Reliability improvement. We equipped with special test and analysis equipment for the semiconductor industry to focus on product reliability capability research.
